Courtney Evangelista
Background
Courtney graduated from Murdoch University with both a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Criminology. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law whilst working as a paralegal at Kean Legal. Later, she was admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Experience
Since being admitted to practice, Courtney has been involved in civil, criminal, and family law matters. She provides her clients with pragmatic advice and represents individuals who need assistance with matters on criminal law matters, and restraining order matters, in court proceedings and negotiations.
Courtney has also instructed on various family law matters, and takes a nuanced approach to each client’s case.
Outside of the Office
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys travelling to new places, reading, and watching Formula One.
